Terms Of Service :

INDIADNS exercises no control whatsoever over the content of the information contained on the servers or passing through its systems. INDIADNS makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing. INDIADNS also disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. INDIADNS will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages which may result from the use of this service by its customers or any other related or unrelated third parties. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, mis-deliveries, or service interruptions caused by its own negligence or your errors or omissions. INDIADNS specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services.
2.) INDIADNS Web Hosting Services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any U.S. or state regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret. You agree to indemnify and hold INDIADNS harmless from any claims resulting from your use of its services which damages you or another party.
3.) Any access to other networks connected to INDIADNS 's
network must comply with the rules appropriate for that other network.
Connectivity is provided for your organization only.
4.) Use of INDIADNS Web Hosting Services to send Unsolicited Commercial
E-mail (UCE or "spam") may be cause for immediate account termination.
This restriction extends to UCE sent from another service but referencing
sites on INDIADNS servers. You agree to pay INDIADNS its
reasonable expenses, including attorney and system administration fees,
incurred in responding to complaints and damages caused by the action of
sending UCE.
5.) Billing for INDIADNS 's service will normally
commence when your data files are installed on the INDIADNS
server and can be accessed from the Internet. Service is invoiced monthly
in advance and may be cancelled in writing within 30 days notice with no
penalty. INDIADNS reserves the right to change the rates by
notifying you 60 days in advance of the effective date of the change.
6.) Payment is due 30 days after date of invoice. Accounts with the non
payment of the invoices will be terminated after the 30 days from the due
date.
8.) COURTESY BACKUP AND SERVICES FOR CUSTOMERS/RESELLERS
All services such as backup and cPanel are provided as a courtesy to Customer.
INDIADNS will make all possible efforts to provide a backup mechanism and keep complete backup copies of all shared hosting solutions.
However, every user that's hosted on our servers are responsible to backup their websites/databases daily we are not responsible for any data lose or damaged.
Customer agrees to maintain a current copy of all content hosted by INDIADNS notwithstanding any agreement by INDIADNS to provide back up services.
9.) SERVER USAGE
We don't allow overload of any of our servers.
That mean you may not overload the resources of the servers such as CPU and RAM.
Things that overload reseller are huge scripts, type of cgi scripts, and using your hosting for file dumping and leaching.
Each user has a fair share of cpu and ram 25% (0.25 CPU units per core).
10.) VIOLATIONS OF INDIADNS WEBHOSTING TOS/ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Bulk Email /Spam related products
Illegal Pornography/Nudity/Adult Content

Illegal material or material that is against public policy

Game Servers
Proxy Sites
Bulk File Storage and Streaming Audio/Video.
User Forums containing links to material that violates our TOS
Content or links to sites that are detrimental to public policy, health
and welfare
11.) VIOLATIONS OF INDIADNS Webhosting ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
The following constitute violations of this AUP:
Illegal use:
INDIADNS Webhosting services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in
support of illegal activities. INDIADNS Webhosting reserves the right to
cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the
investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing.
Harm to minors:
Use of the INDIADNS Webhosting service to harm, or attempt to harm, minors
in any way, including, but not limited to child pornography.
Threats:
Use of the INDIADNS Webhosting service to transmit any material (by
e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that threatens or encourages
bodily harm or destruction of property.
Harassment:
Use of the INDIADNS Webhosting service to transmit any material (by
e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that harasses another.
Applicable Law
This site is created and controlled by Indiadns Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi
India; as such the laws of India shall apply; courts in New Delhi shall
have jurisdiction in respect of all the terms, conditions and disclaimers.
Indiadns.net reserves the right to make changes to the site and the terms,
conditions and disclaimers at any time.
